A conversation with Ligia Koijen Ramos, CEO of In2motivation
Interviewer: In2motivation has a powerful presence in the corporate coaching world. What makes your approach different?Ligia Koijen Ramos: We see transformation as a deeply human process. At In2motivation, we don’t just deliver training, we create environments where people feel safe to express, connect and grow. Our work is rooted in neuroscience, NLP and human behaviour, but more importantly, in the belief that people already have extraordinary potential. Our role is to unlock it.
Interviewer: Many companies offer leadership development and communication training. Why should clients choose you?Ligia: Because we don’t do generic. Every program, whether it’s leadership coaching, emotional intelligence training or certified NLP, is fully customized. We work with international teams, managers and CEOs who want not just improvement, but sustainable change. And we achieve that by blending science with humanity. We’re not chasing performance for the sake of metrics. We’re cultivating purpose-driven, resilient teams.
Interviewer: What challenges do companies usually bring to you?Ligia: They come when things feel stuck, when communication breaks down, when motivation drops, or when change feels overwhelming. What they discover with us is that solutions are already inside their teams. They just need the right environment, tools and leadership to bring them out. And that’s what we provide: clarity, structure and transformation that lasts.
Interviewer: What’s the philosophy behind “Achieve More by Feeling Better”?Ligia: That success doesn’t come from pressure, it comes from connection. From understanding how your brain, emotions and behaviour work together. We use that knowledge to guide people toward congruency: between who they are and what they do. When people feel better, more clear, safe and aligned, they lead better. It’s not a slogan. It’s a strategy.
Interviewer: What’s next for In2motivation?Ligia: We’re expanding our reach internationally, especially in programs for executive leadership, team communication and emotional intelligence. And we’re continuing to pioneer workshops that integrate science and personal development, always with a human-first lens.
Interviewer: Final words?Ligia: Change doesn’t start with processes. It starts with people. We’re here to help them lead that change, from the inside out.
